A.   Yes. We carry many other instruments and some accessories which are not shown or listed here. Please email us with any requests.

Q.   Can I pay with a credit card if I do not have a PayPal account?
A.   Yes. Click on the "Buy Now" button and scroll down to the bottom left where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account..." and you can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or by E-check.

Q.   Can I pay with a cashier's check or money order?
A.   Yes. We also accept cashier's check or money order in US dollars for items. Please email us for more information.

A.   Shipping is included in the price for each item.

Q.   What countries do you ship to?
A.   We ship worldwide. Unless specified otherwise, prices listed are good for North America, Central America, Oceania, Middle East, the Caribbean, and Europe. If you have a question about shipping, please contact us.

Q.   How are the items shipped?
A.   Most items are shipped by SAL (Economy Mail) from Japan, arriving 2-3 weeks from date payment is received. Some items are shipped by EMS (Express Mail), arriving 2-5 days from date payment is received. Some items are shipped from the USA. All items have a tracking number.
